Ordering Policy

- Return Policy -

SkateChoice customers must obtain a Return Authorization# before attempting to return any merchandise to SkateChoice. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

SkateChoice will not accept any returned merchandise without an RA#. To obtain an RA#, email Craig at craig@skatechoice.com. We'll give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

SkateChoice will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 20 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

- Delivery Times -
We endeavour to ship our orders the same working day when ordered where possible.
Due to the nature of online shopping being setup for those who want the convenience and savings of in home shopping - internet orders can only be shipped via secure Postage and Freight.

International orders are shipped through USPS and due to air travel times and delays this process can take between 8-10 business working days. Postage pickup is usually arranged through the local post office.

We always carry on hand a large inventory so that most orders can be processed in a relatively short period of time. However at times it is possible that the product you have ordered may be out of stock for the moment hence not immediately available. This can be due to other orders in process or items placed on hold. We endeavour at all times to have items available with in a reasonable period, usually 7-10 working days. It is of assistance if you would advice us of a day time contact phone number when placing your order.

- Insurance -

Orders can be insured through USPS when posting internationally and domestically. A message along with the order when it is placed aswell as an extra $2.60.

- Incorrect Listings -
Any website errors in listing of the Product name, description, or pricing of any item displayed on this website is subject to database listings and if listed incorrectly due to human error or software error, will be changed as soon as possible to be corrected. If a purchase is made of an Item and it has an incorrect Product name, description, or pricing, then we will notify you immediately upon receiving the Order of the incorrect listing. We are not obliged to sell an item listed with incorrect details in any manner and is part of our Ordering Policy that when making a purchase any item can be withdrawn from sale due to being out of stock or incorrectly listed for whatever reason.

- Don't blame us if you stack it -

SkateChoice holds no responsibility to any accidents causing injury to yourself or others, or the damage of the equipment while using a product sold by SkateChoice.
